Yes, kids may be in REVO Groups with their parents.  Babysitting will not be provided.  It is only during the last thirty to forty years or so that churches began separating children and youth from adults for services.  The Shema, the creed of the Hebrew people, found in Deuteronomy 6 tells us to impart God’s word to children as we go about our lives.  Yes, that means that there might be a baby crying or a child fidgeting during a group meeting.  That’s life.  Support the mom as she comforts her baby and try to involve the fidgeting child in the group.  We will be a stronger community now and in the future from sharing God with the children around us.  It is the duty and privilege of each of us to pass God’s word to the next generation.
