Each group will set its own meeting schedule during their first few meetings, but this is what we suggest:

• The whole group will meet at least once a month at different locations such as individual homes for dinner, restaurants, and/or coffee shops.  We recommend that the location change each month to encourage different points of view.  This will be one of the jobs of the Leader.
• Weekly, the group will commit to come together on a smaller scale.  Members may call each other and pray on the phone.  They should meet on Sundays for prayer before or after service.  They can also invite each other over for dinners in ones and twos.
• Annually, each group will be encouraged to arrange a special retreat.  Here they can practice spiritual disciplines such as fasting and deeper study of God’s word.  They could also do a short-term missions trip or a large service based activity.

Each group should also schedule periodic service projects where they go out into the community and serve others.  These will be planned and run by each group.
